Stopping the use of the R-word

I took the pledge to stop using the r-word in my everyday languge.

I pledge and support the elimination of the derogatory use of the r-word from everyday speech and promote the acceptance and inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.

I find the use of the r-word by people my age disgusting. It's completely insulting and it has a negative people it  effects.
