My Projects

Currently I'm still in high school and I'm looking for a summer job so that i can pay for art/fashion school next year. :p
I was considering starting a small business that would do fashion and costume accessories, but decided that that's a project that can wait for a year or two, I need real money when I start university. I'm thinking about applying to a coffee shop. A couple of my friends told me that they could see me doing that. (and I recently have become addicted to gourmet coffee (I'm a tea drinker!!!!))
My job search was going to start at the begin of April, but I volunteered to be head costumer at our schools play. We're doing Romeo and Juliet. Classic high school cliche, right? WRONG! Our drama teacher/play director has a vision of an alternate universe R+J. He's retained the original Shakespeare verse, but left out the tights and fruity collars . They're all bad ass, leather jacket waring, bickers in the midst of a gang war. Sounds like Westside Story? Wrong again! There's no dancing or musical numbers. Just pure Shakespearean, leather jacket, badasser-y here!

My future projects are quite ambitions and it'd be a miracle if I finished them by the time university is done.
I want to start that small business I mentioned earlier. I also want to start a web comic. I don't know what it would be about, but it would be fun to do. It is possible to make a living off web comics, or more specifically the selling of merchandise of the comic. Sometimes the comic is picked up by a publisher and you get royalties, like the guy who's doing MegaTokyo. (Megatokyo, Vol. 1) I've noticed a trend that if the artist can make it 1000+ they mange to do it for a living.
Another ambitious project of mine is vloging, specifically make-up tutorials.
omg now that I think about it there's a lot I want to do. I want to learn how to make soap, and candles and pretty paper... hahaha, I'm feeling very ambitious. XD maybe I'll actually get to do some of this stuff soon. i found this awesome website with tutorials on how to make soap. This website dose not just teach you how  to make soap, but also other at home mixtures, like hand cream and bubble bath.

Ya so that's my rant about things I want to do XD You get to look forward to reading all about this for the next couple of years, assuming I mange to sustain this blog through university :p
